SEAN & JANELLE WILLEFORD
Sean serves as the Director of the Baptist Student Ministry at TCU, while Janelle serves as an Associate Director.
The Willefords were married in 1999 and moved to Fort Worth, TX in 2005 when Sean accepted the position of Director of Athletic Training Education at TCU.
In 2010, believing God was calling them into full-time ministry, Sean resigned his position at TCU. Sean and Janelle began a missionary journey leading them to serve in the Philippines. They would return to the States and serve on staff at a local church and Christian school. In 2019, Sean and Janelle launched the missions organization PRIME Ministries with a vision to establish theological education in rural areas of the world. Later that year, they established the Ifugao Bible Institute in the province of Ifugao on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Sean and Janelle continue to oversee the Bible institute in the Philippines as it moves toward becoming an indigenous work.
In November 2024, God opened the door for Sean and Janelle to return to the TCU campus to serve Him leading the Horned Frog BSM.
Sean and Janelle have two children. Their daughter, Ashton Peltier, is a graphic designer and lives in Haslet with her husband, Mitchell. Their son, Aaron, is a civil engineering student and throws the javelin at LeTourneau University in Longview, TX.
